Products and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, photos, prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price or listing is wrong, we may cancel or correct the order before it ships and will tell you if we do. Photos may show a similar unit, and actual color or equipment can vary.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Financing

Qualified buyers can get 0% interest for up to 48 months on select brand equipment through Sheffield Financial.

Financing is available with approved credit through third-party lenders. Terms are set by the lender, and approval isn't guaranteed.

Returns, shipping and privacy

Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Warranties. New products are covered only by the manufacturer's written warranty, if any, and we'll help you with warranty claims. EXCEPT FOR THAT WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, K&G MOTORS & PARTS, LLC SELLS PRODUCTS AND PROVIDES THIS SITE "AS IS" AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Used equipment is sold AS IS unless your written sales agreement says otherwise. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, K&G Motors & Parts, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or downtime, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use without permission, or try to interfere with how it works. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts for Lamar County, Texas, except where the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before filing anything, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
